Before you apply

Is the Care Fund appropriate for your request?

The program may be appropriate when all of the following are true:

  • Your hair loss is related to a medical condition, treatment or documented medical need.
  • You are seeking an eligible CrestaStrand medical hair solution.
  • A financial, reimbursement or coverage gap is making access more difficult.

Care Fund resources are limited. Eligibility and award amounts are determined through individual review and may vary.

Medical need

Whether the request relates to medically associated hair loss and an eligible CrestaStrand solution.

Access gap

Insurance, reimbursement or financial circumstances that make the solution more difficult to obtain.

Available resources
